I think I have found the fix for the leaking water into the passenger side floorboard, I hope I am not jinxing myself by celebrating to soon but it has yet to leak. I removed the passenger seat and trim panel that runs along the door sill and pulled the carpet/padding back to expose the foam covered plastic panel on the cab side of the firewall. I also had removed the antenna and the 10mm nut that holds the black plastic cowling at the bottom of the windshield so I could see where the water was flowing. I then sprayed water down the passenger side of the windshield to simulate sitting in a rain storm, I could see the water flowing down the drain area that runs the water down behind the rf tire, right in the middle of this draining area was the caulk sealant where the body panels are fitted together, the sealant had come unbonded from the seam and water was pouring straight into the seam which caused the water to run behind the dash and into the passenger floor. I cleaned the area really well and resealed the seam with Yellow 3M weather strip glue. I made about a 2 inch wide bead down the enitre seam. It appears to have fixed the leak. We have gotten about 1/2 inch of rain today which would normally have the carpet soaked and its still dry. Good Luck and please reply with comments and questions if you have any.

Good work, that is the std procedure to find water leaks, but 3m w/s cement is not the product to use for the sealing body seams, seam seal is the normal product.
