97 ram cargo light wiring diagram?

In our 97 Ram 2500 V10 the cargo light is not working and I can't figure out why. I replaced the headlight switch and the bulbs are good, so somewhere in between there is a problem. Fuses are good. Any input or wiring diagrams would be much appreciated.
