1999 Intrepid blower motor resistor

Daughter in laws car fan will work on high speed but not others. It has manual controls. Anyone have any pics or instruction on the removal of the blower motor resistor you could direct me to?

Thanks! By chance do you know if the cabin filter is in that area as well, or where it is? We are not sure if it has been replaced before, maybe that was a cause of the resistor failure.

99 probably does not have a cabin air filter
