Proper diagnosis will save you time and money. Check coolant level, check operating temperature. Is the engine overheating? Is there excessive white, (steam) coming from the tailpipe? Pressure test the cooling system and inspect for leaks while pressurized.

Bubbling in the overflow jug sounds more like an overheating problem not a head gasket. Before you start ripping the heads off, do some checking and maintenance on your cooling system. if you still suspect your head gaskets, do a compression check first.
