2003 Honda Odyssey Vent Window Sticking

I have a 2003 Honda Odyssey. Recently the left rear vent window ( the winglet window at the rear of the van ) fails to operate properly. I is not able to crack fully open and get stucked in the middle. I can close it back. But after repeated try, it would not work ( neither open nor close ). I have to wait a while before I can close it again. Anyone have this problem and find a good fix?:runaround:
