buying a 900zx na

this weekend im am going to go pick up a 1986 300zx na. high miles over 200k for 650. i was wondering what mods can i do that arent real expensive. mostly looking at the exhaust, air intake, plugs and wires, and i want to change out the rims and tires. where should i start and also interior neeeds some help any ideas there

timing belt, water pump
dizzy cap and rotor

any suggestions of brand or anything would be great
