Car runs rough then dies??

I have a 92 vr4 with 114K. The car turns on perfect with no problems but it has a really rough idle, it cant stay at a steady rpm and dies after a little bit. Also when i go to give it gas it seems like it chokes out/ stalls out. I checked the front three plugs real quick and they were pretty black/ carbonized up. I just got a new fuel pump and replaced the fuel pump connector. I dont know if that would create such a problem but if anyone has other ideas of what to check that would be awesome.

If the front 3 are that bad then who knows how bad the rear 3 are. Do plugs and wires and report back.
