I have a 94 Silverado 4x4 with a 5.7l v8. This morning I went for a ride and every time I use the left directional my wipers will go also the left directional is blinking very fast and the high beam indicator in the dash lights too. The other issue I have is when I turn on the head lights they do not light and the wiper move then too. If I use the right directional every thing is ok but I still don't have head lights low or high beam. Any ideas?

I figured it out this afternoon. It turned out to be a bad ground. Repaired the ground and all the problems went away. Not before I checked all the connections in the front and also in the steering column. I disconnected and reconnected the multifunction turn signal connection as well as the wiper and high beam connections. I removed the auxilary battery tray and found the loose ground wire under it. Case solved.

great troubleshooting ! the pro's would have cost you big time on this one !

remember anytime multiple circuits go crazy its normally a bad ground ..also on any vehicle in the rust belt 10yrs old all these ground points need cleaning and securing...

good luck
