94 e4od 4x4 how much fluid?

Anybody know how much transmission fluid a 94 f150 4x4 automatic holds if you drain the torque converter? also what fluid goes in the transfer case? I've heard 19 pints and 16 quarts. I loaned my manual out a while back and of course it didn't come back.
