Lotus esprit ?

Anyone here ever built a lotus esprit?
My current project is a Monogram Lotus Esprit Sport 300.
I haven't built a kit in a long time, but i wanna get this one done so that i can move onto my tamiya 306 spider.
If anyone has built one can you post some pics. I would like to see some for some inspiration. I am currently trying to think of a colour. I'll be buying the paint next week when i get payed.
Any sugestions would be great.
I already have it primed and sanded.

where can u find lotus esprits. ive tried looking for them on ebay and hlj and other hobby websites but i just cant seem to find one

There are two on Ebay right now (one's going in a couple hours). Three of the Sport 300's have sold in the past month. Look under toys/hobbies/models/automotive/sports and you should find them. They go from about 10 bucks to 25 bucks. Nice kits. The Nichimo Esprit is good, though it's only a curbside. The Monogram kit has full detail.

i was actually given this car for christmas way back when it was still in production. I kinda droped out of the modeling scene then. Now i've come back cause of this site. I hope to make it good. Haven't done a model in a couple years though.

i was actually given this car for christmas way back when it was still in production. I kinda droped out of the modeling scene then. Now i've come back cause of this site. I hope to make it good. Haven't done a model in a couple years though.
