Switch

Has anybody heard of a 4WD Vacum Operating Switch? Apparently it is on the firewall. I was told that could be the problem why it won't always go into 4x4 I have a 2000 Blazer 4 Button (N8) Does anybody know how much it is worth and also what does it look like. I am in Obtario Canada. Thanks
