Sputtering and stalling

In my 2002 Jeep Liberty it sputters and stalls after coming to a stop. Battery and alternator are fine. I am thinking a fuel system problem. Anyone else experience this?

When your throttle plate is close, you still need air!
What is plugged, because of EGR + PCV Emissions?
Incoming Air control needs tobe cleaned.

It has a code 0320 ignition/distributor engine speed input circuit malfunction
also a code 725
