What do you need to know?
KD makes some decent tools.
This tool only goes up to 2"

KD and others have made these tools for many years. I used one quite a bit back in the '80's and early '90s, when I did a fair bit of my own exhaust work.
These tools are intended to only expand pipes just a bit. For example, they will expand the last inch or two of a 2 inch outside diameter pipe so it will slip over another 2 inch pipe.
They are also handy if the end of a pipe has been dropped, damaged or crimped slightly. They will restore the roundness of the pipe so it can be slipped over another pipe.
But that's all they will do, just expand the pipe about equal to the thickness of the pipe wall, maybe a couple of millimeters or so. They will not turn a 1 3/4 inch pipe into a 2 inch pipe. The tool will break if you try and expand a pipe too much.
