i have a miss need help

i have a 97 blazer lt and it failed emissions said i have a miss on # 6 cheange cap rotor has spark at plug end good comp. i m old school new at this electronic stuff

P0300 through P0306 DTC's are almost always caused by problems with secondary ignition: Plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, and ignition coil. A fuel injector that is stuck open can also cause it. A fuel pressure and leakdown test would reveal it. Have you pulled #6 plug? Is it wet with fuel? How many miles since it was tuned? What brand of parts are you using?
