E Brake problem

The e brake isnt locking. The cables are working,but nothings locking. What could this be.

The e brake isnt locking. The cables are working,but nothings locking. What could this be.

The E brake has a locking ratchet on it.
Check it and check the release rod/lever for being stuck.
