this question I doubt you'll get any replies...
when you complete this send some before after pictures , and what changes and work was required...
how are you going to deal with the state DMV ?

So i tried changing the header panel today and ran into a problem trying to change the wire harness for the low beam lamps to the 87-90 style, the sealed beam has four wires going to it (the kind that came with the car for the 1983 year), where as the lamps for the 87-90 low beam bulb only has two wires going into it. its a 9005 or 9006 bulb for the 87-90. how do i mod this into making it work? i have the new harnesses. the hi beam lamps work as they should, and i was able to get the driver side lamps to work but couldnt get the low beam bulb to come on the passenger side.
