Front End "Squeek" 07 quad cab V6

The other day I washed the truck at the coin wash. Temperatures were cold around -12C. I sprayed the wheel wells to get them clean. When I drove off, I noticed a bit of a squeeking metal sound (almost like a squeeky bed spring) in the front end when I hit small bumps/lows in the road. It seems to me that the noise is coming from the front passenger wheel, perhaps the spring area. I sprayed the area with some lube to see if it would help but so far it has not. It is a little too cold out to trouble shoot any more. I am also now noticing the noise slightly when I turn the steering wheel when not in motion.

Any ideas on what to look for when the weather gets a little warmer?

Thanks,
Mark
