engine swap 85 engine into 88 truck

I have an 88 S10 with almost 400,000 miles on it and the 4.3 engine is about used up. I found an engine in an 85 Astro with 85,000 mi. that is in good shape that I can get for $200. My pickup has TBI and the Astro has a carb. Can I use the 85 engine and swap my TBI and intake onto it. Is there anything else that make this swap more trouble than it's worth?
