92 Jimmy Quits while driving.

Hello, I have a 1992 Jimmy 4,3 Z motor.
When I start it it runs smoth. When driving it runs great but sometimes it just dies. No spitting no sputtering. Just cuts completely out.
It always starts right back up. But last time I drove it to put gas in it it would not start. I went back 2 hours later and it started right up.
No codes flashing when checked and no check engine light.
Any suggestions where to start looking would be greatly appreciated.

When it dies or won't start, check for spark and fuel/pressure, just basic diagnostics.
