I'm having a problem with some kind of mout..

So i have a 1997 pontiac sunfire se 2.2, i believe i have a broken motor,transmission or strut mount im not sure which one all i kno is if i take off and get on the gas it rattles and pops if im too hard on it and when i try to go into a passing gear at a higher speed it does the same. so if sum1 could enlighten me a bit id appreiciate it
