rough idle plz help

i have a 2001 mitsubishi mirage. it starts everytime and its fine when im moving but chuggs like its gonna die wen im at stop lights or idling. i replaced the spark plugs what should i do. also i just bought it and it has 148000 miles should i be worried about the timing belts?

Have you cleaned the throttle body?
