Neon loose's trottle

When driving the check engine come's on and then I can't go past 2.5 rpm's. 3 codes come up....2 for the camshaft position sensor, and 1 for the trottle....If i leave the car off over night then i can drive but the engine light stays on. Then I shut it off and give it a day or two and it happen's again. I have a short ram intake and there is a sensor that was near the driver's side fender that I think regestered air flow but now I removed the whole air box and the box in the fender....Is this the problem because it isn't getting to measure air flow? And how can I fix it? This is for a 2005 neon sxt, also I have an srt-4 exhaust on the car, two pc's the end and the middle with the resonators....I haven't changed anything else....
