95 4 cyl wont start po300 code

have 95 ranger 4 cyl, and replaced timing belt little while back. It allways started right up after but had a little spark knock.Was going to try to time if but it has has 2 distributers. Anyway one day it had a hard time to start and seem like iy was flooded, but it did start after bout 10 minuted of trying. And now it wont start at all, it bucks like it want to start but just wont kick in. I put a hand held engine dinagnous tool snd comes up with po300. And could be like 5 things, any ideas?

P0 300 is a random mlisfire. It's occurring in all the cylinders and could be due to a vacuum leak, leaky EGR, bad gas, plug wires or a bad coil. I'd lean towards a bad coil since it won't start. None of the other things would keep it from starting.
