I was wondering if anyone has replaced the catalytic converter from the y pies back on a 2000 blazer and if so is there any easy way to do it.?
also i seem to have a miss fire on cylinder #1 was wondering if it could be from autolite spark plugs or even the wire set?

Make sure you fix the misfire, befor replacing the catalytic converter.
When you got your engine fixed, go with an aftermarket catalytic converter, and have a local muffler shop do some welding.

Is the Service Engine Soon, (SES) light on? If so, post the DTC's here, in the order they are retrieved.
The proper plugs for your engine are AC Delco 41-993 with a gap of .060 and yes, plugs and wires can cause a misfire.
