Okay, my friend is willing to sell me his 94 Civic DX coupe for $600:eek: (it's a stolen recovery and has everything except his alarm, sound system, and 95 GSR rims other than that it runs fine) and I was wondering what you all think would be the best motor swap for it?

If you want to go all balls out like that, dont drop an h22, drop a CRVTEC and turbo it. Use a typeR head and a B20Z block, get the block sleeved and you will have yourself a monster that can engulf a SVT or a corvet ;)

What Seth said, or if you want a little les work though a B18C with a T3/T4 turbo would be pretty ill.

Wont even come close to touching the tire marks left by the setup Im talking about... This thing can suport 670+ Whp! I met someone with a fully built setup like this twin turbo's (Hybrids?) They were pretty small on the exaust side, a little bigger than a Tsuper60 on the compresser side... He said it flowed over 16 psi by 3000 Rpm's and 42 Psi @ 9500 <--- His redline. I met the guy at a local performance shop, this thing is squized into a 91 Crx (HF?) not Si. Oh yea, the dyno shop is next door. So he had the dyno with him to prove it :bloated: Only thing is, his hood "Custom" looked uglier than shit. There wasnt enough room to fit the manifold + turbo's in front of the radiators so he had one custom made that bent up, I think this could have helped with the spool up time because heat likes to travel upwards... Something to think about.
