2003 Baja Parts

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2003 Baja that has sustained some front end damage. I have started to search for some used parts and it seems that these parts (front bumper, grille and hood) may be interchangeable with an Outback. Can anyone verify this for me?

Visually they appear to be the same from the front doors forward.
