Stumbles, and Tach Jumps

OK first thing, about 70mph and 2000 rpm, feels like a missfire here and there just cruising, havent had the chance to hook a Tech 2 up to it yet, no ses light has about 95000 miles on it, just getting ideas, also, when cruising at around 35 mph, rpm is around 1500, when i go to WOT rpm instantly jump to around 3200 and stick there and jump up to 4000, agian, no scanner to do a gauge sweep yet, and thoughts? IPC?

How old are the cap rotor and plugs, and what brand are they ? Try doing a complete fuel pressure test and post back the results. Also what year make and model ? Engine..

oh crap, its a 2001 blazer. 4.3, cap and rotor, i dont know i just bought the car, but its hard to do work on it cause im always working, but itll be a few days before i test anything out, also i drove it today and now it feels like a trans issue, maybe torque converter is locking up or the shift control module, trans fluid is clean and not burnt
