98 jgc electronic control module?

jeep loses all spark whether im driving or in park. im not losing voltage just spark. i have replaced ignition coil, plugs and wires, aic sensor, crank sensor, shut down relay, oxygen sensor, pick up in the in the distributor, and even the pcm. my error code is p0351 primary/seconday ignition coil malfunction. where is the electronic control module at that controls my spark, cant seem to find one. any help would be great.

What engine?
I would check the ign coil and or wiring first.
