Tamiya RX-7 Update. All painted. 11 New Pics...

Here is an update. Attached the exhaust. I sprayed it with 4 coats, then added another three yesterday. All i need to do is wet sand, polish, and wax. A CF wing and Hood is also going to be added.

BTW, is it normal for the paint to have "scratch swirls" from Tamiya's compound? The paint is Tamiya Spray if that helps. Thanks.

looks great, love the color:) And the scratch marks might be from the type of material used to rub the compound on.

Maybe if you guys read the first paragraph you'll understand why the orange peel is temporarily there. . I sanded and polished the roof and hood today. so i'll post so me more pics soon. As for the rear wheels, yeah they are too wide, and i cannot shorten them anymore.

wat bout using the REAR tires.. STOCKIES... or cut the rims down

i donna , doesn't look that bad

Nah, that doesn't work. If anything i have to cut down the spot where the plastic round things (forgot name) go in. I cut them down a lot already, and if i go any farther the rim wont attach. So, its going to have to be that way.
