Loosing coolant. Might need to find a part. More info inside.

I have a 99 GS-T Spyder automatic.
I'm slowly but surely loosing coolant. If I park the car after driving it for a while and come back to it after it's been parked I can see a small coolant puddle under the overflow tank.
The connection going to the tank is kinda screwed up. The plastic T on the cap where the hose connects to it is broke to there's little to no connection to the actual tank. I've called a couple different auto part stores but so far no one can order a new tank for me.
So, is there a bigger problem at work here or is it just the bad tank? In either case, I could use a new tank, or really just a new tank cap. Where can I find one of these?
