96 grand caravan wiper problems?

hi i have a 96 grand caravan with couple problems
but the problem about wipers is that the wipers motor works for the windshield
but the wiper button on that handle doesnt spray the washer fluid

but the dash has the button for the back window u press it the windisheild washer pump sprays and the back window motor goes but hte back windows sprayer doesnt work

like what the hell is that?

and what does it mean the lights on the buttons are flashing just the rear window 2 buttons they are flashing and no other lights light up for the other buttons
