Well, my remote broke and now I cant get into or out of my car without setting the loud siren alarm off.

Normally I wouldnt care but IT HAS A KILL SWITCH

So when the alarm is activated the car wont start.

How do I deactivate this. Can anyone give me the colors of the starter wire to please.

I lost my instructions or I would just reverse the process.

Look for the control box for the alarm, probably under the dash or in the center console. Follow all the wires and see where they're all plugged in. All of them should just tap into everything except the kill switch. That wire should go to the starter or some ignition wire (again probably under the drivers-side dash. I forget all the wiring as I haven't done one in years.

That ignition wire should be fully cut, and then tapped to the alarm. All you have to do it disconnect the alarm from the cut wire and then reconnect the 2 halves of the wires together again.

Okay I found the starter wire
and re connected it from the relay...

but I realize now the entire alarm system is hardwired into the car and although I fixed the stupid starter thing I dont know how to fix the rest of it.

DO I simply disconnect the brain and stop worrying about it>?

Pretty much. You should be able to find the constant power (+) wire (probably a thicker red wire) going to the "brain" and you can just disconnect from there. That will disable the entire system, but I don't know if you have power locks and everything all being controlled by it or not. I don't it would make a difference actually. But if you can disable the control by cutting off all power to it and still have everything work fine, then you can just trace each wire and basically pull them out. Make sure if the wires are tapped, that you tap and cover up all open wires.
