Well i was driving down the road today and all was fine, went to put the car into 3rd... std transmition and it wouldn't go. started grinding real bad so i left it in neutral and stopped... Grinding was only when i tried to put it in gear not when it was in nutral. at a stop i got it into first no problem but it would bearly move even when the revs were real high. now it will not move at all. i can put it into any gear then release the clutch and it wont move or stall. seems the clutch isnt engageing. lucky i made it to a friends house down the road but i need it fixed asap because i have work monday so i have 1 day to fix this. lots of people said check the clutch master and slave cylenders.. Where are these, i checked beside the brake cylender and didnt see it so where do i look and how can i fill it.

I'd look for a mechanic that is open on sundays. give him a good sob story and hopefully he'll go easy on you. If you don't even know where the master and slave cylinder are Sunday morning, 24 yours before you have to be at work is not a good time to start learning. if you have a mechanic at your church ask one of them to help you with it. If you don't go to church i'd start tomorrow and pray for a miracle, chances are that's not going to get fixed by monday morning.

I'm actually a apprentice mechanic so big technical words are not an issue but i don't know allot of things about cars yet. As for a mechanic on Sunday theirs none in this small town and i cant afford a tow bill. gonna try and baby it to work on Monday if i have to but was hopping for some ideas on what i could check and locations.

Brake fluid is fine, was surfing the net and found that that's what the clutch uses for fluid. and it takes it strait from the brake reservoir
