What about Air!
Check + clean MAF, IACT, and throttle body.

sorry about that.. Just a but upset about this ls.. love the car. But i have changed the MAF about 2 weeks ago, and whats IACT.. its like when i hold it at the same speed the car starts to shake and when i hit the gas it cleans it out from gas but the just starts to flood it.. could it be the computer hat causing all the issues.. and if what would i look for on e bay ..

New COP's, plugs, MAF, IACT sensors. Running Rich
Did you ever due a back pressure test on the catalytic converters?
A bad cat can choke an engine out!

so i have sat all day and been thinking. i have had to knock my cat out the honey comb part that could be were its getting the bad reading from the o2 and so that means could that be an issue at all.

I would rather do a back pressure test on both cats.

Do a google '' youtube catalytic converter test''
Consider using the upstream H02 sensor holes for this test.

I don't think the PCM is the issue, especially if you are not getting codes that make no sense or that suggest the PCM is having issues. It really sounds like you have a misfire somewhere, possibly a vacuum leak (intake air tubing not connected properly, split hose, EGR not fully closing, etc.) or a spark misfire due to a bad coil or two or possibly even bad spark plugs. Typically a spark misfire would trigger a diagnostic code, but even without such a code I would not suspect the PCM.

A scan tool with datastream mode could go a long way in helping you diagnose this if you know what the various parameters are telling you, and cost less in the long run than shotgunning a bunch of parts....
