I checked the Distributor Ignition coil and Module. Trace it back to where I'm not getting 12 volts to the Ignition module checked all the fuse and are good. What could it be?

the fuse pcm/ign fuse should feed the coil/module pink wire ..what did you use to check fuses? voltage.?

I replaced the fuse and use voltage meter to check the voltage.

in front of the driver side heads is a junction point where this pink wire is tapped and goes to the coil/module..trace back this wire to the junction point where 4 or so wires are joined...this is always hot...
the coil/module is grounded on the return side when the pcm/computer is allowing the engine to start...no feed, if so means it is the fuse wire to this junction..
since you have a volt meter measure until you find 12 volts...remove the plastic loom covering...
