VW 2000 Bora Exterior parts

Hi I have 2000 black Bora, with silver decals on the outside.

I'm trying to find out what the name of the silver strips on the door, about half way. I need to replace these since someone decided to try and swipe them, and they only managed to take off half of it.

Also, if you know where i can buy it and it's name please let me know.
