Pardon my language, but this has been one fucking horrible night. To make a long story short, some fucking ass who I never trusted and who always hung out with my girlfriend "as friends" tried to.. er.. force himself on her.

Twice.

I just found this out last night when him and her came back 2 hours later than everyone else from the same party. Turns out he just waitied until she got drunk, then brought her to his car.

He knows we're dating.

He know's that she has a hard time (read: very scared to) say "no".

I never before thought I could kill someone without remorse. That has changed. It's been 8 hours, and I'm still shaking with anger.

Im not the only one though. I have my whole floor (12 guys) ready to hurt him in a bad way.

I just have one question for you guys. Shoul I fuck with his mind until he goes insane, or just beat him until he pissed brown and shits yellow?

i'd say you should try to fuck with his mind and if that don't work go with option 2
there is nothing lower then that someone misusing trust

i suggest not using a weapon for he might be the type to call the poilce on you for that

I know exactly how you feel man, similar stuff has happened to me.

Firsly, talk to her and make sure she's okay, if she wants to go the police, do that.

Try to think straight and make sure that no one else is going to get hurt by anything you might do, and make sure you won't do anything too drastic.

Then find this guy,fuck with his head a bit, or not. When he's least expecting it come down on him like fire and brimstone.

But here are some things to keep in mind:

-Don't get caught by him or any authority
-Make sure he knows WHO it was and WHY and that it will happen AGAIN if his behaviour does not change
-Fuck with his car or something he really loves
-Wear some rings on your punching hand (;))
-Go for some public embarressment/mind fucking as well.

Ive got it, this will fuck with him a little, so you can do more. Buy some spray paint and find his car. Spray in big letters all over his vehicle "I TRIED TO RAPE A GIRL" All over his car.

Then you don't truly care about what happened. If you can tell her to pick one or the other then you DON'T know what you feel. TRUST ME.

It takes a DAMN long time to fully understand how you feel about a guy who treats you like this. I never went to the police, and I still won't. I refuse. You need to understand that she needs to sort out what happened to her in her own way. If you want to take action, you fuck with his mind. It's all you can do to let out your anger little by little b/c anything else will leave you in deeper shit than you want to be.

I was just getting overtaken by anger again at that point becasue he came into my room a little earlier to try to talk to me, after i hadn't slept for 22 hours.

Im just really fucked in my own mind right now. She went to talk to him today, to bitch at him herslef. She told me that (of course) he apologized, but that he also tried to defned himself with patheric excuses.

i dont mean to be a pessimist and all but make sure theres not more to this than your being told man . Make sure he really tried to overtake her and that it was not at all consensual , remember she was drunk . Although you should still beat his ass because hes a friend he should know better. But remember it takes 2 to tango. If he did really try to rape her though , have him arrested but tattoo sweetness on his ass while hes asleep first , so hell be popular in the pen. I dont understand why shes defending him tho , unless shes in some kind of denial phase or something. Hope everything works out for you tho. Nomatter what happened , if something like that happened to my girl I'd be so mindfucked for months it wouldnt matter.

Yea, I agree. Since she seems to be defending him you need to corner her and see if she may crack and tell you something else. Hopefully nothing did happen(for your sake), but if she did consent to something, break up with her immediately. That's really odd that she says "he's such a nice guy".

I'm not aobut to try to crack her. She's more or less in denial now guys. The truth always comes out, so if theres any more to this, i'll find out eventually.

denial or not, I'd still kick is a$$ and tear his car to pieces (at the same time, trying to make it so he has no proof I did it), then, I'd do everything I could to make his life miserable for the longest time I could. I think anyone who could do that to a girl deserves to be killed, but I wouldn't take it that far if I were you.

Well I may get some rotten tomatoes slung at me for this but here goes:

Do not return physical violence upon him. I understand your feelings and I would feel the same if I was in your shoes. However, if you lay a finger on him, he could press charges. The cops are gonna look at it like this: she was drunk, he was drunk, they got in a situation alone together. When alcohol takes over, a million and one things can happen. The only "proof" you have as far as him trying to do something is by word of mouth. Your g/f said something happened, but do you have any proof other than what she said? Witnesses, some kind of tangible physical evidence? (I am not dogging her, just stating what I am gathering from your initial post). Had they been sober, story would be easier or more believeable as far as cops wanting to look into it.

Also, your g/f is now defending him. I have a feeling that perhaps she fears you retaliating against him. She likes him (and I don't mean in the romantic way) and she likes you. Now that something has been said, she is caught in the middle. I think she may have a fear of losing one or both of you as far as being a part of her life goes. This is all just a wild guess on my part.

I'm not totally against playing the mind games however if I was in your position I would talk to your g/f and ask her where you two really stand. If she decides she wants to be your g/f exclusively etc, then it would be a good idea for BOTH of you to separate yourselves from any involvement with this other guy period. Meaning no phone calls, no notes, no contact of any kind. If you are all in school together or even in the same classes, make no effort to communicate or even eye contact.

Unfortunately revenge, or doing something that causes you to keep some form of contact with him is only keeping irons in the fire.

Trust me I would love to kill someone who hurt someone I cared for, but you have to keep your head on straight. You have to ask yourself this....is it worth the risk of being sent to jail and possibly f0cking up your life and your chances at getting a decent job? Keep in mind many potential employers do full background checks on potential new employees. A felony or an assault does NOT look good, no matter what the circumstances are, the fact that you have a black mark of some sort on your record is what may prevent you from making decent income down the road. I have friends who have been in this position and they can tell you it is not a fun one by any means to be in.

SHe seems to like to drink a lot, and when she does, she doenst control herself. If she keeps getting herself in these situations (not that im blaming her, but i see a pattern) then it's just gonna be over. I dont need an early heart attack or an ulcer for this crap.

Yea man, if she is going the abuse alcohol, the worst thing you can do to that guy is let him have her. Having an alcoholic wife/girlfriend/significant other is terrible. It can be fixed, but it takes a ton of time, and quite a bit of hard work. She's just your girlfriend right? There are other dogs in the park... just watch out for the bitches with rabies.

Steel, How big a man are you? I'd take it to him. He needs to be dealt with in a way that will make him understand. As long as he knows that you won't do anything, it could happen again. Knock him the f*** out.

It's not taht i dont want to hurt him, its just the legal repricussions are pretty steep.
