my E-brake has been stickin can anyone give me instruction on how to replace it cuz i need to get it done soon so that i can pass inspection

You need to find out why its sticking. If the line is rusted together, or if the horse shoe brake pads (for lack of proper term) are not retracting inside the rear rotor hats.
I would pull the back rotors off and have a look. Chances are its hanging up back there.

well its a 92 with origenal line and is hangin in the middle im gess that its probly rusted but i will start with the rear first thanks for the input if it aint in the rear though is it a pita to replace the line

wow you can fail an inspection for that?? half the cars in nebraska would be taken off the roads if we started having "inspections"

I'm thinking he may mean inspection on a salvage title to get it registered? i dont believe emission tests would care about a broken E brake. i could be wrong though, WI doesnt have them.

No in some states there is also a safety and emissions testing. If anythings fails the vehicle inspection you have 30 or maybe 90 days to have the repairs done and get the vehicle retested.
