2004 Expedition Shaking

Hello, my 2004 Expedition is shaking, losses power and check engine light is on. Any thoughts to what this could be?

Have the codes read at a major auto partrs store. They will probably be like a P03xx. The xx will be a number from 01 to 08. This tells which cylinder is misfiring. More than likely a plug is not firing correctly causing the shaking.
