05 Monte Carlo Trunk Lock

Can anyone tell me where the outside key lock is located for the trunk latch? I have looked and cannot find it. The inside trunk pop and my key pad trunk pop both stopped working also. Does anyone have an idea of what may cause this? Thanks.
