Can anyone tell me which year this mustang is suposed to represent?
It's either the 95 with the 351 or the 97 with the 4.6.

Based on the rims alone, I would say that the pic represents a 97.

The Cobra never came with a 351W (5.8L) only the Cobra R version in 95 did. Only 250 (stripped down versions) were built, and only available in white. They used the (302) 5.0L in the 94 and 95 cobras while deciding to do away with it in 96+ for the 4.6L DOHC alum block which proved to be IMO better in the long run, although I still prefer the sound of the 5.0. As noted above though those rims on the box scream 97.

Thanks people. Yea, my buddies 5.0 does sound better than his old 4.6 gt. In 1/1 thats great, lol but I like the way amt molded the 4.6 alot better. Check these out.

I was trying to decipher that box art against these 2. I couldn't tell the wheels apart.

I have the Cobra R tamiya version. It's decent, but tamiya should stick to jdm cars.

Thanks again guys!
