how do i remove the pcm/bcm i tried touching + - battery terminals but does help

Do you mean clearing codes? You have to do that with a scan tool. Most code readers will clear P0xxx codes, but for Cxxxx, Bxxxx, Uxxxx, or P1xxx you need a more advanced scan tool.
