What would you pay for this GSX parts car?

A guy I know has a 96 GSX. It has ~150k miles. It was a good running car, 5 speed and all. It jumped timing and warped valves. The body is in decent shape, no dents or anything. It has a bodykit on it, which doesnt add to the value at all for me. The interior is pretty clean.
I am going to try to buy the car. I want the rolling chassis. I told him he can keep his bodykit, exhaust, FMIC and piping, turbo, and all the other small mods he has done to it to get it a little cheaper. The only bad thing is that the car has aweful strut tower rust...some of the worst I have seen. I personally would never drive the car.

Are you going to use it for driving or as a donor car for the AWD swap?
Strut tower rust can be fixed, but of course that brings down the value of the car.
Since it was modded, has bad rust and doesn't run I would say no more than 1g. Probably $750 be the most I would pay, especially if I was going to strip for parts

500 bucks... Knock him down with any little thing you can...
And the strut tower rust can be fixed. It's just a long process but well worth it. I still need to get all my pics back up on my thread of that kinda stuff.

Im going to use it as a doner car for AWD Spyder. Also, I need some interior pieces, and other small things.
I am going to offer him $500. Actually $750 wouldnt be a bad price either, but I cant afford that much.
And the strut tower rust, can be fixed yes.....but....the damage to this car is not fixable. New towers would have to be welded in. I swear, this is the worse case of tower rot, I have ever seen.

Kind of want to see what the rust looks like. $500 would be nice if you can get it for that. Should be able to sell the motor then too. And use the head for the 64
