93 olds 88 just clicks

Battery:new
Alternator:good
Car just clicks when key is turned. Radio and lights work. Tried to jump it.
Still won't start.
I need to replace the starter, huh?

Suspect -
1) Bad or loose connections going to the starter.
2) Bad starter solenoid, or starter

Since the battery is new, I assume you've already done this, but just in case, be sure the connections are corrosion-free and snug.
