rear wiper blade change on2002 rav4

local oil change place says they can't change rear wiper blade, they say dealer has to do. called dealer cost 35 dollars, what so special and how is it changed.

Yes, the rear blade is a oddball. Anco does make a replacement blade assy, I bought one and although it fits, it does not wipe the window properly (the upper portion of the window is missed).

I would reccomend getting the anco blade assy (for about $10 at rockauto), then pull the rubber blade and replace the blade on your arm.

Otherwise, goto the dealer and get robbed.

Jezz I replaced mine with a dealer one my rav4 is an 06, and it cost $16 bucks,with Tax, I replaced it myself, good luck. :smokin:
