hard starting hot or cold

hi guys i have a 95 jimmy 230000mi heres what i have, cranks good but takes around 12 trys before it starts,this happens both cold and hot.started happening a week ago noticed exceleration was minimal couldnt pass a turtle if i tried[passing ,no extra power]no gas smell under hood .any places to start looking .can hear pump when key turned but thats it thanks k

Fuel pressure test. engine size year ect.

1995 4.3 vortec. i think i may have found the problem. i took coil wire off and the coil tip looked corroded so took sand paper to get betteer contact and it just came out . it is no good now .ill get another one in couple days [sprapped for cash ] ill let you know if that fixes it
