we can reconize it. plus if you look on the timing belt cover, it says ZC :D

its the DOHC JDM ZC, I can tell all engines just by looking at them, it comes from drolling over pictures all day long :cool:

well damn it greg, i couldn't tell that was a z, i saw the c though. But what are the main things to look at to see what engine it is?

Also, i figured it was a ZC from seth's reaction towards it;)

well seeing as seth already posted in here I am gonna assume its a ZC .. but just to let you guys know, the b18b's look like that also

I recognized it from the stock red wires and the way the valve cover looks. looks exactly like mine did when i got it. ;) Also, b18's are longer, but they do look alike.

Yea, the B18A/B(if im correct A) valve covers look the same. I was just wondering what are some good give aways.

the ZC and b18a valve covers look the same and the b18b and the b20 b valve covers also look the same! Those are the 2 similar valvecovers excluding b series vtec valve covers which are all the same and interchangeable...... (excluding color differences)
