D/C Cut FUSE???

Vehicle: Lexus 2002 LS430

After a day or so of no use, my battery would be dead. So, I put the battery on a meter, with the car off, and in fact there was a draw. So, something is eating up power while the car is off... I then started pulling fuses, while the car is off, and found that when I pulled the fuse marked "D/C Cut", the draw went away. What does this fuse control? Any ideas of what could be drawing power from this circuit while the car is off?

Thank you!

It's the power cutoff from your 12V DC battery.
