2000 Chevy Blazer windshield washer not working

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer and the wipers work just fine. My washer doesn't work and I dont hear the motor for it working. I need advice on how to fix this problem and/or locate the washer relay.

There is no relay. The washer motor is in the washer reservoir, at the bottom. The electrical connector has two wires. Unplug the connector, connect a voltmeter to the two terminals in the harness connector and operate the washer switch. If the voltmeter shows battery voltage, the washer motor is faulty. If not, check fuse and ground. Post your results.
