2001 325ci

Took a short trip and car died out 2x. Any ideas

Smokey, do you still have your 325ci? if so can you assist with a wiring issue I would be so grateful to get mine back on the road instead of it becoming a lawn ornament.. thanks I have a post I need to ID where 2 wires connect.. simple as that and without access to one locally I am a sitting BMW.. thank you in advance if you would be so kind to pop your hood and find these 2 wires and let me know where they are supposed to go.. again thanks did anyone ever get back to you on the question in a PM or anything i can give you an idea if not.. but for what it is worth seems if you dont ask directly they dont get to the posts.. my thread is up from yesterday with pictures and I can detail more if you would be so kind ass to reply.. thank you Linda

I would think it is on the lines of a vaccum leak most likely from dry rotted boot on the MAF.. just a wild guess would need to know a bit more info to get into details..
